Men Plus II

Reach A Hand Uganda in partnership with Marie Stopes, Reproductive Health Uganda, Private Clinics and Public Health facilities with support from Bergstrom Foundation implements the Men Plus II project. The project is implemented in 7 districts i.e. Greater Kampala, Bushenyi, Mbarara, Rwampara, Lira, Soroti and Arua, The project’s work is driven through community structures -Interpersonal Communication Agents (IPCs) who directly engage men as active participants and allies in the uptake of modern contraception, the Menplus II project aims to increase their involvement in family planning in Uganda as users, partners and champions.
