Leesu Skilling Initiative

The Leesu Skilling Initiative is a vocational training program designed to equip young people in rural areas with practical, income-generating skills that can improve their livelihoods and independence.

It focuses on hands-on training in areas like hairdressing, tailoring, and basket making skills chosen to match local market needs so participants can transition directly into earning opportunities.

Beyond technical skills, the initiative also builds confidence, self-reliance, and a sense of purpose, helping participants support themselves, their families, and their communities.
